Our product is cell cast acrylic sheet with the brandname "ASTARIGLAS®“ High-quality ECO CAST, ASTARIGLAS® Eco Cast and high-quality extruded acrylic sheet, ASTARIGLAS® XT.

What is your product range?

We have 2 range: Standard sheet and specialty sheet.

Standard sheet - GP (Clear, Opal and White, Translucent and Opaque, Transparent, Tint, Fluorescent).

Specialty sheets - BLOCKS, LED SHEETS, LED BLOCKS, HP, SW, BR.

ASTARIGLAS® Eco Cast : Clear, HP and Colors.

ASTARIGLAS® XT : Clear.

What are the advantages of acrylic sheet?

Acrylic sheet has been used widely to replace glass.

Acrylic sheet is half the weight of glass.

Acrylic sheet has better impact resistance compared to glass.

Acrylic sheet allows better and more flexible fabrication vs glass.

Acrylic sheet has better clarity compared to glass (more than 92% light transmission).

Acrylic sheet is more UV resistant and has clear edges compared with polycarbonate.

Acrylic sheet has higher rigidity and surface hardness compared to other plastics (PS, PETG).

Our product is made from 100% virgin MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) Our ECO CAST made of very high purity (≥ 99%) Depolymerised-MMA (DMMA) as raw material exclusively made in our own facility Our Extruded made from 100 % pure PMMA.

Are you using virgin or recycled MMA?

100% virgin MMA, GUARANTEED.

Can I request for mixed MMA?

No.

1,5 - 50mm.

Main sizes: 2440 x 1220, 1830 x 2440, 2050 x 3050mm.

Other sizes available upon request (more than 18 different sizes).

Is this toxic? Will this be suitable for food contact?

Crystal clear is non-toxic and suitable for food contact application.

Compliance with the FDA Food Additive Regulation 21CFR177.1010.

Is this product biocompatible?

Crystal Clear are biocompatible and in compliance to ISO 10993-5 (cytotoxicity - for medical equipment e.g incubator).

How to fabricate / shape your product?

There are few ways of doing this, the most generic ones are: laser cut, heat bending, thermoforming, vacuum forming, CNC, flame polish, etc.
