We use very high purity (≥ 99%) Depolymerised-MMA (DMMA) as raw material exclusively made in our own facility to produce high quality recycled and recyclable cast acrylic sheet with equal quality as cast acrylic sheets produced from virgin MMA.

The quality, fabrication and durability of ASTARIGLAS® ECO CAST is identical to ASTARIGLAS® GP cast acrylic sheets.
They are easily fabricated in all kinds of machining- CNC router and laser cutting, hot bending, solvent and polymerizable adhesives bonding, thermoforming, polishing, and digital flatbed printing.

All ASTARIGLAS® sheet have been certified by Underwriters Laboratories to UL 94HB, the Standard for Safety of Flammability of Plastic Materials (for slow burning on a horizontal specimen).
ASTARIGLAS® BR have been certified by UL 752 level 1, this product provides protection against three shots of a 124-grain 9mm full metal copper jacket with lead core at an fps between1175 and 1293.
